摘要
现行规范计算值和试验测试数据表明钢筋有效预应力规范计算值较实测值偏大,因此按规范设计构件时,可能出现预应力不足的危险,给构件使用带来安全隐患。采用ANSYS有限元降温法模型虽能直观的模拟出钢筋预应力损失,但未能考虑混凝土收缩和徐变带来的第二批预应力损失,造成了模型计算值远大于试验测试值。
The reinforcement effective prestresss value calculated by current code is bigger than the results by experiment test. Therefore , the component designed by the code possibly appears the danger which the prestress is insufficient, it brings the hidden dangers for the component using. ANSYS finite element model can intuitionistic simulate the loss of prestress, but hasnot been able to consider that the concrete shrinkage and creep brings the second batch of loss of prestress, it induced the model predicted value to bigger than the experimental test value.
