摘要
通过数字化张拉设备与系统内部的可编程控制器进行数据交换 ,直接进行预应力张拉 ,从而实现施工过程的数字化和自动化的施工工艺。并介绍了基于这一概念的预应力数字化张拉系统的研究状况和研究成果。给出了实际工程应用中利用数字化张拉系统施工的控制过程记录 ,以及所测定的预应力损失值与理论计算值的对比。工程应用表明 :预应力数字化张拉系统可实现预应力张拉的双重控制 ,可保证张拉精度在 1%的范围内 ,具有精度高、效率高的特点 ,满足预应力结构工程应用的要求 。
The prestress was tensioned directly by data exchange between digital tensioning device and programmable automatic controller in system,the digitized and automatized process of construction could be practiced.Actuality and result of study on this concept and technique are introduced here.The construction record controlled by digital prestress tension system and the comparison between calculated and tested values of prestressing loss in an actual project are discussed.It is shown by practical application that the dual control of prestress tensioning can attain to high accuracy and efficiency by the digital tensioning technology,and fulfill the demand of practical application in prestressed concrete structures and has wide engineering background and good applying prospect.
