摘要
医保拒付是一个普遍的问题,成为困扰医保定点医院的难题。医保拒付的原因是多方面的,既有医保管理部门也有医院的原因。解决的办法一是加强与医保管理部门的联系和沟通,二是医院内部强化管理,采取综合措施控制医保费用的过快增长。
The protest in medical insurance was a general puzzle in the appointed hospital of medical insurance. The reasons for the protest existed both in the administration department and the hospital. The effective measures to solve this problem could be summarized as the following two aspects. The first one was enhancing the communica- tion of hospital and the administration. The second one was intensifying hospital management to control the rapid in- crease of medical insurance expenditure.
