摘要
建立新农合拒付制度与控制医疗费用合理增长的有效性分析,并以民乐县拒付制度实施为例进行实证分析,发现拒付制度因方式不同,与住院费用增长存在统计学相关性不同,基于结论做出有关分析。
establishing new farming and dishonored system and control the effectiveness of medical expenses reasonably growth,and dishonored system in minle county as an example to analyze found in different ways,due to non-payment system with existing statistical correlation hospitalization cost growth,make relevant analysis based on the conclusion.
