摘要
目的:观察金因肽(rhEGF)治疗儿童严重溃疡性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法:106例严重溃疡性口腔炎患儿分为治疗组62例和对照组44例,治疗组应用金因肽局部喷涂,对照组常规使用龙掌含漱液含漱,两组均含服甲硝唑含片及口服维生素B2。结果:治疗组平均愈合时间3.5d,对照组5.6d,治疗组有效率(67.8%)明显高于对照组(27.3%)(P<0.01)。总有效率(95.01%)亦明显高于对照组(68.2%)(P<0.01)。结论:金因肽能快速促进儿童严重溃疡性口腔炎的愈合。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant human Epidermal Growth Factor （rhEGF） treating serious stomatocace in children. Method： one hundred and six children with serious stomatocace were divided into the treatment group （n=62） and the control group （n=44）. All the case in two groups were treated with JiaXiaoZuo lozenge and take VitaminB2 orally,The children in control group were performed with LongZHang gargle for external use, Base on this,the children in treatment group were performed with rhEGF spray on the part for treatment. Result：The average curing time of the treatment group was 3.5 days, but that of the control group was 5.6 days.The excellent rate of the treatment group （67.8%）was significantly higher than that of the control group （27.3%） （P〈0.01）：the total effective rate of the treatment group （95.01%）was also higher than that of the control group （68.2%） （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： RHEGF can accelerate the curing time of serious stomatocace in children. Therefore, it is highly recommended and popularized.
