摘要
针对现代水利水电工程施工特点及其对工程施工管理水平的要求,构建了基于GIS技术的水利水电工程施工可视化管理系统。首先介绍了系统设计思路,然后对系统的总体功能进行分析和设计,介绍了其实现的关键性技术。实现工程施工场地布置及其动态变化过程的可视化管理与分析以及施工进度的形象直观展示,为工程施工组织设计与管理提供了迅速全面的信息支持,是工程施工管理的有力辅助工具。
In view of the characteristic of water resources and hydroelectric project and the demand of the level of construction management, the visualization management system of construction of water resources and hydroelectric project based on GIS is built. First, the system design mentality is introduced, then it is carried on to the system overall function analyzes and designs . Finally, its realization crucial technology is introduced as well. The realization of project construction site arrangement and its the dynamic-process visible management and analysis as well as the direct-viewing demonstration for the construction accomplishment, which has provided the rapid and comprehensive information support for the construction plan and management, is a powerful auxiliary tool of project construct control.
