摘要
苏里格气田未来将有上万口井、上百座集气站。单座集气站最终管辖井数量50口以上,采用单井直接进站的常规集气方式,进站管线的数量多、距离长,无法满足大规模、低成本开发苏里格气田的要求。为此,针对该气田自身特点,采用井间串接放射状采气管网,采气干管上开口少,串接过程全在井场完成,接入新井不会影响采气干管正常运行,适应苏里格气田滚动开发的需要,并且增加了集气站管辖井数量,降低了管网投资,减少了管沟密集开挖对苏里格气田脆弱环境的破坏。
In the future, Sulige gas field will develop over 10,000 wells and more than 100 gas gathering stations. The wells which can be managed by a single gas gathering station will reach up to over 50 ultimately. The conventional gas gathering manner in which the single well is directly connected with the station has some shortages, like too many incoming lines and long distance. Therefore, it can not meet the requirement for large-scale and low-cost development of Sulige gas field. Hence, aiming at the features of the gas field, the inter-wells radial concatenation gas production pipeline network was adopted. There are few openings on the gas production trunk line. The concatenations are all performed in the well fields. The newly added wells will not impact the normal operation of the gas production trunk line. It fits in with the rolling development requirement of Sulige gas field. Besides, it added the amount of wells managed by the gas gathering station, whereby the investment on the pipeline networks can be substantially reduced and reduced the destroys caused by the dense trench cutting on the environment of Sulige gas field.
