摘要
对大学教师职业倦怠的研究要避免客观归因、社会诉求与泛化表述三种倾向,要从职业倦怠的主观和客观原因、职业倦怠和职业道德、学生发展和自我发展之间的关系进行反思,提倡从科研创新、教学创新、教学激情和自我反思四种途径对职业倦怠进行有效消解。
In the study of university teachers' professional tiredness, it is imperative to avoid the three tendencies of attribution to objective causes, social petition and explanation in general terms, and to introspect the relations between the subjective and objective causes, between professional tiredness and professional ethics and between students' development and self-development. Effective removal is done by advocating the scientific innovation, teaching innovation, teaching fervor and self-introspection.
