摘要
本文对农村集体土地所有权、使用权及其权能进行探讨,通过与国有土地所有权、使用权及其权能的比较,对取消集体土地所有权,土地所有权为国家所有,进行城乡一体化土地使用权管理体制的可行性与必要性进行探讨。
this article discusses the property, usufruct and ability of rural collective real estate; through comparing the property, usufruct and ability of state real estate, it also discusses the feasibility and necessity of replacing the property of collective real estate by state ownership and property of urban and rural real estate integration management system.
