摘要
本文提出了一个相对陌生的权益概念———土地发展权,通过对土地发展权的概念、特征的叙述和西方国家土地发展权设立的特点,阐述了在我国设立土地发展权的必要性和可行性。
This paper introduces a comparative ly new idea,i.e.,the right to develo p land,and expounds the necessity an d feasibility of establishing such a right in China based on a description of the concept an d features of this right as well as the characteristics of estab-lishment of the right in western countries.
