复方柴术片中芍药苷和甘草酸HPLC法含量测定的不确定度分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复方柴术片中芍药苷和甘草酸含量的不确定度分析的方法。方法:通过建立HPLC法测定两组份含量的数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素并对各个不确定度分量进行评定,计算各变量的不确定度,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结果:芍药苷和甘草酸的合成不确定度分别为0.032mg·g^(-1)和0.030mg·g^(-1),扩展不确定度分别为0.064mg·g^(-1)和0.060mg·g^(-1)。芍药苷和甘草酸含量测定结果分别为(3.514±0.064)mg·g^(-1)和(2.987±0.060)mg·g^(-1)。结论:建立的不确定度计算方法可用于HPLC法测定该药物中两组分含量的不确定度的分析。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for uncertainty analysis of paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in compound chaizhu tsblets. Method: The calculation formula of uncertainty was deduced in the procedure of determination the content in tablets. Each active components of uncertainty was calculated the variable parameters among the procedures, the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty and confidence was finally obtained by synthesized the uncertainties of various component variables. Result: The combined uncertainty of paeoniflofin and glycyrrhizic acid were 0. 032 mg·g^-1 and 0.030mg·g^-1, extended uncertainty of paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid were 0. 064mg·g^-1 and 0.060mg·g^-1 , and the content determined of paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid were 3. 514±0.064mg·g^-1 and 2.987 ±0. 060mg·g^-1 respectively. Conclusion: The mathematic model of uncertainty of measurement establish is reasonable and reliable, it is applicable to evaluate accuracy of assey for the tablets with HPLC.
