摘要
采用长1m,内径3mm,内装4.5%OV-101+1.5%QF-1/GasClmromQAWDMCS(60~80目)玻璃柱,以氢焰离子化检测器检测三唑酮含量,其标准偏差为0.047,变异系数为1.33%,回收率在98.3%~101.9%之间。多菌灵含量采用薄层—紫外法测定,检测波长281nm,多菌灵含量标准偏差为0.27,变异系数0.82%,回收率在99.4%~101.3%之间。
A method was described for the determination of triadimfon by gaschromatography with FID on 4.5% OV-101+1.5%QF-1/Gas chrom Q AW DMCS(60~80m)glassic colum. O-Diamyl phthalate was adopted as the internal standard. The standard deviation was 0.047,and the coefficient of variation was 1.33%. The recovery was from 98.3% to 101.9%. Thin-layer chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to detect carbendazim. The results showed that the calilbration curve was linear graphy when the carbendazim concentration was the range of 1~15mg/kg. The standard deviation was 0.27,and the coefficient of variation was 0.82%, The recovery was from 99.4% to 101.3%.
