金属离子与假体松动相关研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 全髋关节置换术中采用的金属假体以良好的刚度、强度和优越的抗磨损性获得了广泛应用。但金属假体随髋关节活动产生大量金属离子,可引起假体周围巨噬细胞凋亡、坏死,刺激假体周围活性细胞分泌各种炎性因子而介导假体周围骨溶解,还可通过引起巨噬细胞凋亡及破坏成骨细胞、破骨细胞与成纤维细胞之间的平衡等导致假体松动。该文就金属离子与假体松动的相关研究进展作一综述。
