摘要
综述了ＯＫＴ３（单克隆抗体）在治疗、预防排异反应及用于抗类固醇、复发性排异反应方面的进展，重点叙述了ＯＫＴ３的致敏性、呼吸系统反应、高热、感染等副反应的发生及护理。
The advance of OKT3 used to treat and prevent the rejection and recurrent rejection as well as to antagonize the steroid was reviewed.Occurrence and nursing care of side-effects such as anaphylaxis,respiratory reaction,high fever and infection induced by OKT3 were mainly discussed.
