摘要
针对矿石粉碎磨矿机振动噪声大的现状,列举了改善磨矿机动态特性的实例,以说明在不改变磨矿机结构的前提下,通过选取不同结构形式的联轴器或离合器,达到改变系统柔度的目的,从而降低了系统的动载荷,改善了矿石粉碎磨矿机的动态特性。
Aimed at too much noise of mineral grinders, an example is described in this paper to show how to improve the dynamic character of a grinder. On the condition without need of changing the structure of the grinder, coupling or clutch of clifferent structural type is selected to change the softness of the system, so that lower dynamic loading and, hence, better dynamic character of the grinder is reached.
