摘要
1990年由德国主要CNC系统制造商,伺服系统制造商和研究机构共同发起成立了SERCOS(SerialRealTimeCom-municationSpecification)协会,其目的是制定一个CNC系统与数字伺服系统之间的统一数据交换接口,提供产品的互换可能性。目前该协议已经被欧洲主要CNC和伺服系统制造商所接受,引起国际同行业重视。
This paper introduces the basic structure of the real time microcomputer control system of the HDJ003 plane articulated assembly robot, including the hardware, software, as well as the analysis and design of the control system. Furthermore, the results of assembly test are given at the end of the paper.
