摘要
SERCOS是一种专用于数控单元与数字伺服装置及PLC-IO之间实现实时数据通讯的国际标准协议。论文介绍了一种基于PCI和DSP构架的固化协议SERCOS主站通信卡,该卡集成了数控系统操作面板输入/输出接口,作为外设接口卡使用,大大简化了数控系统的硬件结构。
SERCOS is a international standard protocol, and it provided a realtime data exchange interface between NC unit and digital drives ＆ PLC-IO. A active SERCOS master card based on PCI bus and Digital Signal Processor was introduced. The card supplied also the input and output interfaces of NC system. The hardware structure of NC system will be simple when it was used as the external interface card of NC equipment.
