摘要
考察了溶液pH值对聚丙烯酸(盐)/丙烯酰胺高吸水树脂(PAAAM树脂)吸液性能和吸附Cu^2+和Fe^3+的影响.结果表明:(1)在蒸馏水中,当pH值从2增加到4时,PAAAM树脂的吸液倍率迅速增加;当pH值在4~10时,吸液倍率基本不变;在pH≥10时,吸液倍率迅速减小.在NaCl、Na2SO4和Na3PO4溶液中,当pH值从2增加到3时,三种电解质溶液中的吸液倍率相同;在pH值为3到12时,吸液倍率逐渐增加,且按盐溶液顺序QNaCl〈QNa3PO4〈QNa2SO4变化;当pH=12时,各电解质溶液中吸液倍率均达最大;当pH再增加时,吸液倍率逐渐减小.(2)当溶液pH值在2.31至4.15之间时.PAAAM树脂对Cu^2+的吸附量随pH的增加而增大;溶液pH为1.0至2.07时,PAAAM树脂对Fe^3+的吸附量随pH的增大而增大.
The effects of solution pH on the absorbency and adsorption of PAAAM were investigated. In distilled water, the absorbency of PAAAM increases with increasing pH when pH =2 - 4, almost keeps constant in pH range of 4 - 10 and decreases with increasing pH when pH 〉 10 ; while in electrolyte solutions, the absorbency increases with an increase of the solution pH until pH = 12. The absorbency tendency at the same pH follows : QNaCl 〈 QNa3PO4 〈 QNa2SO4 in the solution pH range of 3 - 12 and the absorbency decreased with pH when pH 〉 12. The results show that the adsorption capacity of Cu^2+ onto PAAAM increased remarkably with an increase of pH value which was between 2.31 and 4.15 ; However, for the adsorption of Fe^3+ , pH was between 1.0 and 2.07.
