摘要
分析了不均匀大宽展的一些内在机理,设计出一套运用不均匀大宽展理论生产更宽窄带钢的孔型。并通过改进轧辊材质、调整冷却系统等措施,使轧辊达到很好的冷却效果,有效地减少了其磨损。针对不均匀大宽展轧制对入口导卫的特殊要求,通过采用复合导卫解决了轧件轧制过程中的稳定性问题、导卫的红热性问题和导卫的高温耐磨性问题。
It is introduced that with utilization of induced spreading and asymmetry induced spreading the large-size narrow strip is successfully rolled with small billet, researching the internal mechanism of asymmetry induced spreading and design a suit of pass to produce the narrow stripe steel with more-width and come into being the asymmetry induced spreading theoryn. And through improved roll material, adjusting cooling system and so on, these measures enable the roll reached a very good cooling effect and effectively reduce wear. Around the special requirements of entrance guiding equipments of asymmetry induced spreading, solving the difficulties of unsteability, red-hot nature, wear-resisting property during the rolling period by the compound technologies.
