摘要
因用950热连轧机轧制865mm宽带钢超出了轧机的设计能力,存在轧件易跑偏、需要宽展轧制、支持辊易掉肉和板形难控制等轧制工艺难题,通过采取优化精轧侧导板和活套参数及E1立辊开口度设置、支持辊端部小倒角和在F7配置负辊型等措施,865mm宽带钢试轧一次成功,成材率97.6%、合格率100%,现已大批量生产。
It has outstripped the design capability to roll 865mm wide fiat steel on 950 hot tandem mill, causing some problems such as strip running off, spread rolling, back-up roll flaking and difficult control to strip shape etc. After adopting some measures such as optimizing fin- ishing side guide and loop parameters, installing E1 edger opening, chamfering the end of back-up roll lightly and equipping F7 with concave cambers etc., 856mm wide flat steel has been rolled successfully for the first trial, with 97.6% rolling yield and 100% of pass.Now it has been put into batch production.
