摘要
实验结果表明,改性聚丙烯微孔薄膜在抗龋药物的释放中,速率适中,且能达到10~14d的预期效果.平均每天释药总量及人工口腔中的防龋成分F-的有效含量均在正常范围内(2×10-6~5×10-6).
The result of experiments indicates that the rate releasing F- is moderate for anticaries drug, which is covered with modified microporous polypropylene film. It could sustain for 10~14d. Total amount of releasing F- a day on the average, and mass ratio of F- in man-made oral cavity is in the nomal range (2×10-6 ~ 5×10-6), respectively.
