摘要
总体未知参数的区间估计和假设检验是最常见、最常用的统计推断,因此,搞清楚它们之间的关系非常重要。明确两者的统一性与不统一性,有助于修正统计工作和教学中出现的一些似是而非的说法。
In this paper, the author dicusses the true relationship between them, clearly points out that in what a sense they are in accordance and in what a sense they are different, so that some errors appear in statistical work and teaching will be corrected. The author also gives a definition of the concept ＂effectiveness of the two - sided interval estimation＂ and examines this concept by standard examples.
