正交设计普通高校业余运动员400米跨栏跑短期训练,有利于把握训练的重点,优选训练的方案,合理利用有限的时间,减少训练的盲目性,使训练更加科学化,对达到训练的预期目标,有事半功倍之效.
The orthogonal design of short-term college amateur athletes' 400-meter hurdle race training is beneficial for controlling the training points,optimizing the plan, making full use of the time, and reducing the blind- ness. It makes the training more scientific as an effective way to achieve the expected training objectives.
