通过改进催化剂的制备工艺,使DQ-Ⅳ催化剂的粒经分布更窄、更加均匀,综合性能得到明显提高,从而降低了聚合物的细粉量,保证了聚丙烯环管装置的长周期平稳运行。
An improvement in preparation technique of the catalyst was carried out in order to make the particle size distribution of polypropylene （PP） catalyst DQ-Ⅳ become narrower and more uniform. The comprehensive property of the catalyst was improved so that the quantity of the polymer dust generated in the production process was reduced obviously, thereby being beneficial to the long-term and stable operation of the PP loop reactor.
