摘要
本文介绍了采用同体过氧化物生产聚丙烯专用树脂Z50S的生产过程。通过控制过氧化物加入量来控制产品熔体流动速率（MFR），保证生产的稳定。ZSOS的MFR控制为22-28g／10min、灰分小于O．03％、拉伸屈服强度大于28MPa、黄色指数测试值小于4。产品在江苏灵达化学品有限公司试用，加工性稳定，纤维制品力学性能好，满足FZ／T54001—91质量标准。
The process of making the sppciality polypropylene resin ZSOS from the solid peroxide are introduced in this paper. Through control the add of the solid peroxide, we can make the production steadily. The results show that the meh flow index of ZSOS is 22 - 28 g/10min, the ash powder is below than 0.03 %, and its tensile strength at yield is high than 28 MPa, The yellow Degree is below than 4. Thought the Lingda Chemical Company ＇ s application , the tiger - good＇s capability is well, fill the quality standand of FZ/T54001-1991.
