摘要
初任教师阶段是适应教师角色的重要时期,也是学习和掌握教学知识和教学基本技能的重要时期,对教师的职业生活产生深远的影响,迫切需要获得支持和帮助。但在教育变革背景下,传统的初任教师支持方式面临着巨大的冲击,初任教师的成长面临着困境,如何走出这一困境,"新基础教育"关于教师发展的"研究性变革实践"为我们提供了启示。
The author underlines the importance of cub teachers, for they need help from others and it is the period for a sucking teacher to adapt to his role, to acquire knowledge and skills of teaching. Problems against a back- ground of educational reform, however, are confronting the traditional ways of academic assistance. The paper holds that the “study of innovative practice” of the “new basic education” can help solve the problems.
