孕中期弓形虫感染对孕鼠血红系列及血清铁蛋白的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨弓形虫感染对孕中期孕鼠血红系列及血清铁蛋白含量的影响。方法孕中期BALB/c鼠随机分为染虫组和对照组,染虫组经腹腔接种纯化弓形虫速殖子100个/0.2ml,对照组腹腔注射0.2mlPBS。在孕10,12,14,16,18d,摘眼球取血,进行孕鼠血红系列分析和血清铁蛋白(Ferr)含量测定。结果①染虫孕鼠全血红细胞(RBC)计数、血红蛋白(HGB)含量、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)与对照组均无差异(P>0.05)。②染虫孕鼠红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)比对照组轻微增加,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③染虫孕鼠红细胞平均体积(MCV)在孕10,14d与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),在孕12,16,18d显著减小(P<0.05)。④染虫孕鼠红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)在孕14,16,18d显著降低(P<0.01)。⑤染虫孕鼠血清铁蛋白含量在孕16,18d显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论弓形虫感染可引起孕鼠MCV、MCHC及血清Ferr含量下降,孕鼠有轻度低铁血症。 Objective To study the effect of Toxoplasma gondii infection on erythrocyte and serum ferritin in pregnant mice. Methods Pregnant mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group and model group. Pregnant mice were infected by intraperitoneal injection of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites. Pregnant mice were killed at days 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 of pregnancy, respectively. The blood of the mice was collected for blood cell analysis. The concentrations of serum ferritin in pregnant mice at different pregnancy period were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Blood cell analysis demonstrated that there was no significant difference in red blood cell(RBC), hemoglobin in blood(HGB), hernotocrit(HCT) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) during pregnancy between two groups(P 〉0.05). Red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW) in model group lightly increased, but there was no significant difference between two groups(P 〉0.05). Compared with control group, mean corpuscular volume (MCV) of infected pregnant mice decreased significantly at days 12, 16, 18 of pregnancy(P〈0.05), but not at days 10, 14 of pregnancy(P 〉0.05). Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) in model group significantly decreased compared with control group at days 14, 16, 18 of pregnancy(P(0.01 ). By radioimmunoassay, the concentration of serum ferritin in model group was significantly less than that in control group at days 16, 18 of pregnancy(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion This results indicate that the infection of pregnancy mice with Toxoplasma gondii would have slight hypoferremia.
