摘要
目的测定中药常通口服液中微量元素铁的含量.方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法.结果 Fe在10~50 μg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.16%(RSD=2.28%,n=5). 结论方法简便、灵敏.
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of trace element of Fe in Changtong oral solution. METHODS Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10 - 50 μg. L^-1 for the trace element of Fe(r = 0. 9997). The average recovery of the trace element of Fe was 99.16 % with RSD of 2.28% ( n = 5). CONCLUSION This method is simple and sensitive.
