摘要
目的探讨葛根素注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将58例患者随机分为两组:治疗组予常规治疗(阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物)+葛根素注射液300 mg加5%葡萄糖液500 ml静滴,对照组予常规治疗+极化液静点。两组均连用10 d。结果治疗组临床总有效率和心电图总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后心电图12导联中ST段下降导联数及ST段压低数值总和均有显著改善(P<0.01),治疗后组间收缩压(SBP)及心肌耗氧量(HR(SBP)降低均有显著差异(P<0.01),但治疗后组间心率(HR)降低无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论葛根素注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效好,不良反应较少。
Objective It is to discuss the curative effect of Gegensu injection on stable angina pectoris.Methods 58 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.29 cases in treatment group were treated with Gegensu injection 300 mg in 5% glucose 500 ml and standard therapy for stable angina pectoris（including aspirin and nitric drug）.The other 29 cases in control group were transfused with polarization liquid inaddion to the above regular therapy.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Results The total clinical effective rate and the total electrocardiogram effective rate in treatment group were obviously higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.The total numbers of leads in which the ST segment was fallen and the total sum of the depression of the ST segment of ECG were both improved obviously in treatment group（P〈0.01）.Systolic blood pressure and HR（SBP had obviously change in treatment group（P〈0.01）,nor the heart rate had（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Gegensu injection has good curative effect and less side-effect on stable angina pectoris.
