摘要
目的探讨血塞通注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液在首发小血管闭塞性卒中(SAO)患者中的治疗效果。方法选取许昌市人民医院2022年11月至2025年2月收治的97例首发SAO患者作为研究对象,依照治疗方案不同进行分组,采用依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液治疗的49例患者作为对照组,在对照组基础上联用血塞通注射液治疗的48例患者作为观察组。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能[国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)]、不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组SOD、GSH-Px水平较对照组高,MDA水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射用浓溶液应用于首发SAO患者,可提高临床疗效,改善神经功能,减轻氧化应激反应,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of xuesaitong injection combined with edaravone and dexborneol concentrated solution in patients with first-ever small vessel occlusion stroke(SAO).Methods A total of 97 patients with firstever SAO in Xuchang People's Hospital(November 2022 to February 2025)were selected as the research objects and grouped according to different treatment plan.Among them,49 patients treated with edaravone and dexborneol concentrated solution for injection were divided into the control group,and 48 patients treated with xuesaitong injection on the basis of the control group were used as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,neurological function[national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores],oxidative stress indicators[superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the levels of MDA were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The xuesaitong injection combined with edaravone and dexborneol concentrated solution for injection in patients with first-ever SAO can enhance clinical efficacy,improve neurological function,alleviate oxidative stress response,and has good safety.
