摘要
为评价港口行业上市公司的相对经营效率,本文提出一种将因子分析与DEA相结合的方法。即先用因子分析在备选指标中,提取出公因子资产积累和业务投入作为输入指标,财务所得和业务量作为输出指标。然后将11家港口行业上市公司2006年的经营数据作为指标值代入DEA模型进行计算,从而得出整体效率、纯技术效率和规模收益的评价结果。本文为评价和改善我国港口行业上市公司的经营效率提供了一种新的思路和有益参考。
In order to evaluate the relative efficiency of the listed companies in port industry, a new method combining factor analysis and DEA is put forward in this paper. Firstly, capital fund and business devotion are distilled as common factors from many preparing factors and set up as input indexes. At the same time, profit and portfolio are distilled as output indexes. Then, the data of 11 listed companies of port industry in 2006 is put into DEA model as the value of indexes. Therefore, the general efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency are educed as the evaluation results. This paper provides a new way and valuable reference for evaluating and reforming the efficiency of port industry in China.
