摘要
以直齿内齿轮为研究对象,在PRO/E平台上建立三维实体模型,采用集成方式调用pro/me-chanica建立有限元分析模型,并利用pro/mechanica灵敏度分析技术对影响直齿内齿轮应力的主要结构参数进行分析。给出了直齿内齿轮应力与主要结构参数之间的关系图。结果表明,大的变位系数会增大节线处的应力,而适当增大模数、压力角和齿顶高系数能够减小节线处的应力,为直齿内齿轮设计的改进和优化设计提供了理论依据。
Internal spur gear is the object of study and build finite element analysis modal.Solid model is built based on PRO/E,and finite element is built based on pro/mechanica.Make use of sensitivity analysis technology of pro/mechanica to study the main structure parameter witch affects internal spur gear stress.The graph of relation between internal spur gear and its structure parameters are obtained.The results indicated that increase the modification coefficient the stress of gear at the pitch line will be increased,and increase module,working pressure angle and addendum coefficient will decrease the stress of gear at the pitch line.
