渐开线直齿内齿轮的轮齿变形挠度解析 被引量:4

摘要 为了获得渐开线直齿内齿轮轮齿变形挠度的简化计算公式,本文合理选择并提出了影响直齿内齿轮变形挠度的4个主要参数:加载位置、齿轮齿数、齿轮变位系数和刀尖圆角半径;运用正交设计法科学选择研究模型,对每个模型在载荷作用下的变形挠度进行分析研究和实际计算,得出了这4个参数对轮齿变形挠度的影响规律,最后应用多元回归分析法通过对大量计算数据的回归分析,推导出了一个简单实用、具有足够精度、有较大使用范围的轮齿变形挠度的经验公式,这为研究内齿轮其他问题奠定了必备的基础。 The first thing is to calculate the deformation of the loaded gear,when researching dynamic characteristic of the gear transmission and controlling the transmission quality.In order to deduce a simplified approximate formula to calculate the tooth deformation with deflection of the internal spur gear,the four main gear parameters which influence the tooth stiffness of the internal spur gear are selected:position of load action、number of teeth、addendum modification and tool edge radius,the research model of the gear using the table of the orthogonal design is scientifically choiced;Then,the tooth deformation with deflection of each research model is theoretical researched and practically calculated;At last,a simplified approximate formula to calculate the tooth deformation with deflection of the internal spur gear is deduced by Multivariate regression analysis,which base the nonlinear dynamics study of internal gear pair.
