摘要
建立和谐的现代大学制度,是适应和谐社会发展的必然趋势。现代大学制度的核心是在政府的宏观调控下,大学面向社会,依法自主办学,实行民主管理。为此,在构建和谐的中国特色的现代大学制度的过程中,必须充分平衡好大学与社会、完善好大学与政府、规范好大学与大学之间的关系以及改革大学内部管理体制,从而促进大学的高度社会化,形成与构建和谐社会相稳定的有机互动机制,使大学办学在我国社会具有更大的适应性和灵活性。
To build a modem harmonious university system is an inevitable trend of adaptation to the development of harmonious society. Under the macro control of government, the core of modern university system icludes： university opening to the society, operating school autonomously in accordance with the law, implementing democratic management. Thus, in the process of building a modern harmonious university system with china characteristics, we must strike the balance between university and society, perfect relations between unversity and government, stan- dardize the relations between unversity and university and reform the internal management system. In this way, we can make the university highly socialized, form an organic interactive mechanism in stable accordance with building a harmonious society and make operating university more adaptable and flexible in Chinese society.
