摘要
我国是农业大国,农村的发展关系到整个国家的兴衰成败。改革开放以来我国一直将农村的发展放在首要的位置,也取得了一定的成效,其中农村流通体制的改革对农村经济的发展起到了重要的推动作用。国家也通过立法来保障农产品流通的畅通,尽管我国在农产品流通市场的立法方面取得了一定的成就,但是从总体看,农村市场法规体系还不能适应经济持续发展对农村市场快速发展的要求。农产品流通法律法规体系尚未建立起来,涉及农村流通的重要法规尚未出台,一些重要商业活动领域仍存在法律规范的空白。
China is a large agricultural nation, and the development of the rural areas is critical to the fate of the whole nation. By placing the priority on the development of the rural areas since the Reform and Opening - up with great achievements, the reform of the rural circulation system has played a significant role in developing the rural economy. The government also enacted laws to ensure smooth operation of agricultural products circulation. However, the legal regime is still yet to be established for regulating agricultural products circulation regardless of these achievements in this regard. An overall survey reveals that the current rural market rules are still not able to meet the demand of the fast - developing rural economy by sustainable economic development strategy, which means the relative law system should be built and complate to fill those existing racancies in certain business areas.
