摘要
目的：探讨国产促黄体素释放激素类似物（LHRH-A）治疗异常子宫出血的效果。方法：14例异常子宫出血患者，LHRH－A500μg／d，皮下注射3个月。用放免法测定血清PRL、FSH、LH、E2、P和T。结果：治疗后3例急性大出血者加用一般止血药，5天内出血停止，继之闭经。7例不规则出血者变为规律的周期性出血或闭经。4例有月经周期但出血量多者，出血明显减少或闭经。8例合并贫血，很快纠正。血清FSH、LH、E2和P受抑制。结论：LHRH-A治疗异常子宫出血的效果好．副作用小，无肝损害。
Objective: To investigate the effect of LHRH-A in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods: 14 women suffering from abnormal uterine bleeding were treated with LHRH-A, 5OO μg/day, for 3months. The serum PRL, FSH, LH, E2, P and T were measured with RIA at the same time. Results: In 3women the acute and heavy bleeding was stopped in 5 days with treatment of LHRH-A and generalantihemorrhagic medicine. In 7 women the irreqular bleeding became reqular and amenorrhea, and in another4 cases the heavy bleeding with regular cycle was decreased significantly and amenorrhea after treatment ofLHRH-A. The serum FSH, LH, E2 and P were suppressed. Conclusion: The effect of LHRH-A in treatmentof abnormal uterine bleeding was satisfactory. Its advantage is that side effects were little and liver functionwas not affected.
