静脉穿刺技术会诊组的创建与运行 被引量：7

摘要 目的加强对静脉治疗过程的标准化、规范化管理,不断提高静脉治疗护理质量。方法成立以护理部主任主管、以护理技术骨干为成员的静脉穿刺技术会诊组,负责全院静脉穿刺会诊。结果试行技术会诊以来,进行静脉穿刺会诊84例次,其中疑难会诊14例次;2007年二、三季度600份患者满意度调查显示,患者对护理工作的总满意度为82.69%,其中对护理人员的护理态度满意度达90.74%;对护理人员的知识技能满意度,由2006年的80.00%上升至89.44%。结论静脉穿刺技术会诊组的成立和运行为静脉输液治疗的顺利实施提供了保障。
