摘要
目的观察爱维治联合曲安余德治疗前部缺血性视神经病变（A10N）的疗效。方法临床确诊的AION患者60只眼，分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组30只眼采用爱维治1200mg／d静脉注射；曲安奈德（20mg）球后注射1次。对照组30只眼采用复方丹参注射液20ml／d静脉注射；654—2（5mg）球后注射，1次，d，共用7d。均以15d为1个疗程。两组患者用药后每天观察视力和眼底情况，治疗前有视野检查者复查视野。结果治疗组视力提高程度明显高于对照组，两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0．01），用药后3d，两组视力提高程度无显著性差异（P〉0．05），5d、10d、15d治疗组的视力提高程度明显高于对照组，两组间疗效统计有显著性差异（P〈0．05、P〈0．05、P〈0．01）；治疗组有视野检查的16只眼中，好转14只眼（87．5％），无变化2只眼（12．5％）；对照组有视野检查的15例中，好转6只眼（40％），无变化9只眼（60％）。两组治疗前后视野变化有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论爱维治联合曲安奈德治疗A10N优于常规治疗。
Objective To observe clinical effect of Actovegin in combination with Tdamcinolone Acetonide in the treatment of anterior ischemic optical neuropathy. Methods 60 eyes with the diagnosis of AION were divided into treatment group and control group. In treatment group, 30 eyes were treated with intravenous drip of Actovegin （1200mg/d）, and retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonde （20rag qd）. In control group, 30 eyes were treated with intravenous drip of compound salvia injection （20ml/d）, and retrobulbar injection of 654-2 （5mg qd）, lasting for 7 days. The course of both groups was 15 days. Examination of vision and ocular fundus was done each day, so was the visual field if the patients had it before the treatment. Results Improvement of vision in treatment group was superior to that in control group and there was statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.01） . In 3 days, there was no difference for the improvement of vision. While in 5 days, 10 days and 15 days, the vision improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group with statistical difference （P〈0.05, P〈0.05, P〈0.01 respectively） . Among the 16 eyes with visual field in treatment group, 14 eyes was improved （87.5%）, and 2 eyes had no changes （12.5%）. Among the 15 eyes with visual field in control group, 6 eyes was improved （40%） after the treatment, and 9 eyes had no changes （60%）, there were also statistical difference in visual field improvement between the two groups （P〈0.01 ） . Conclusions The effect of Actovegin in combination with triamcinolone acetonde treatment is superior to that of routine therapy.
