COPD includes chronic bronchitis,emphysema and asthma with airway obstruction.Aderenoceptor(AR)widely distributes in different cells of airway and lung with different function.Disturbance of lung AR plays a role in the pathogenesis of COPD.Based on the changes of lung AR in COPD,the application of β 2 agonist and glucocorticoids was discussed.
