摘要
目的:建立杜仲平压片(杜仲叶)中京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、京尼平苷含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil(钻石)C18色谱柱(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15∶85∶1.5)为流动相,检测波长237 nm。结果:该方法线性关系良好。京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、京尼平苷的精密度分别为1.93%、1.50%、1.66%,n=5。加样回收率分别为97.3%、97.2%、96.7%。结论:本方法简便快捷、重现性好;可用于同时测定杜仲平压片中3种有效成分含量。
AIM： To estabish a RP-HPLC method for determing geniposidic acid、chlorogenie acid、geniposide in Duzhong Pingya Tablet （Folium Eucommiae）. METHODS： Geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid and geniposide were analysed by using C18 column with the mobile phase of methanol-water-aceacid（ 15： 85： 1.5） at the flow rate of 1 mL/min,the detective wavelength was set at 237 nm. RESULTS： The analytical had good linearity. The precision of geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid and geniposide were 1.93% ,1.50% ,1.66%, respectively and the recoveries were 97.3% ,97.2% ,96.7% ,respectively. CONCLUSION： This method is simple,quick and reproducible and could be used for the determination of three constituents in Duzhong Pingya Tablet.
