冲击载荷下机械压力机齿轮啮合力的仿真研究 被引量:5

Study on the Simulation of Dynamic Meshing Force of Gears under Impact Load

摘要 根据机械压力机的工作特征,以Hertz弹性碰撞理论为基础,建立了冲击载荷条件下的齿轮啮合力仿真模型,仿真计算出齿轮啮合力在平稳载荷和冲击载荷下的情况,并相互对比了其变化情况。根据仿真结果可知,冲击载荷对于齿轮啮合力有重要的影响,该结果对于机械压力机传动系统的设计有很重要的参考价值。 According to the working mechanism of mechanical forming, a simulation model for meshing force of gears was devised based on Hertz elastic contact theory, and the meshing process of a pair of gears was simulated in three running situations and their dynamic meshing force responses were calculated. The result showed that the impact load affects the meshing force of gears in a large scale. It has been verified that the method is very applicable to the design of mechanical forming.
