扎鲁司特对哮喘患儿情绪和气道炎症因子的影响被引量：1

摘要目的观察扎鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘前后T细胞和气道炎症因子的水平,了解患者症状、情绪和肺功能变化的关系。方法80例支气管哮喘患儿随机分成两组,均吸入舒喘灵气雾剂,治疗组加用扎鲁司特10mg,每日2次。结果治疗后两组的气道炎症因子均较治疗前有明显差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后焦虑和抑郁症状的评分也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扎鲁司特对轻、中度哮喘患者具有减轻症状、改善肺功能的作用。
