摘要
３２２名１０～１２岁小学五、六年级学生填写了Ｂｕｌｅｖｕｅ抑郁量表（ＢＩＤ）。抑郁症状的出现率３．４％～１１．５％，有自杀观念者５．９％。自杀观念与总分、心境恶劣、自卑和自杀、攻击性行为和社会交往４个因子的相关程度最高。３２２人中１０人（３．１％）为抑郁症检出者，临床表现与成人抑郁症相似，其中８人有自杀观念。结果提示抑郁情绪、自杀观念、抑郁症在学龄儿童中的出现率较高，应加强预防和治疗。
Bullevue Index of Depression(BID)was completed by 322 children aged 10 12 years in two schools(grades 5 through 6).3.4 11 5% of them reported the symptoms of depression and 5.9% reported suicide idea.There was a strong association between suicide and the total score of BID and the factor scores of dysphoric mood,self deprecatory ideation,aggressive behavior and diminished socialization.Among 322 children,ten(3.1%)met the criteria of BID for depressive disorders and eight reported the ideation of suicide.The clinical symptoms in children were similar to those in the adult depression.We conclude that depressive symptoms,suicide ideation and depression are such serious problems among school children,that need professional intervention.
