摘要
目的 报道岛状皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损的效果 ,探讨皮瓣的选择。方法 采用 6种岛状皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损 4 2例 ,对比观察了各种皮瓣的修复效果。结果 4 1个皮瓣 1期成活 ,1例小腿内侧筋膜皮瓣远端发生坏死 ,但病人负重行走后 ,有 2例小腿内侧筋膜皮瓣及 1例足背皮瓣用于足跟负重部分修复者发生皮肤破溃及溃疡。结论 足部负重部分的修复应采用血供丰富、耐压、耐磨、厚度适中、可吸收震荡的皮瓣。
Objective To report the result of transplantation of island skin flaps for repairing skin and soft tissue defect of foot, and to explore the election of skin flaps.Methods 42 patients with skin and soft tissue defects of foot were treated with six sorts of skin flaps.To compare with the result of these skin flaps.Results 41 cases skin flaps survived, one case crural fasciocutaneous skin flap edge died in the early stage. After walking, however, two cases medial crual fasciocufaneous skin flaps and one case dorsal foot skin flap that were used the hell region developed sore.Conclusions The reconstruction of the receiving gravity region of foot must choose the skin flaps which to be having abundant blood supply, enduring pressure and rubbing , having suitable thickness and having capability of absorbing shock.
