摘要
目的:建立消炎片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中蒲公英、紫花地丁进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量:色谱柱为Zorbax SB—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(24:76),检测波长为280nm,柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL·min^-1。结果:TLC能明显地检测出蒲公英和紫花地丁;黄芩苷进样量在0.08~2.49μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.24%,RSD=1.52%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于消炎片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality criteria for Xiaoyan tablets. METHODS: Herba Taraxaci and Herba Violae in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC and the content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC on Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.4%HaPO4(24 : 76) at a flow rate of 1.0 mE . min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was set at room temperature. RESULTS: Herba Taraxaci and Herba Violae could be detected by TLC. The linear range of Baicalin was 0.08-2.49μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 100.24% (RSD = 1.52 %, n = 6).CONCLUSION : The establish criteria are suitable for the quality control of Xiaoyan tablets.
