摘要 设计并建立了一套用于研究双相流冲刷腐蚀的激光多普勒测试装置。文中介绍了该装置的实验原理和实验方法。 An apparatus for erosion corrosion test in liquid particle two phase flow with Laser Doppler Anemometry (LDA) system was constructed. It can be used to simulate the erosion corrosion behavior under disturbed flow conditions. The local hydrodynamic parameters of disturbed flow field such as axial and tangential velocity and its turbulence as well as turbulent fluctuation can be measured by LDA system. The results of both hydrodynamic measurements and weight loss test of sudden expansion flow model showed that the set up works well and the data are comparable with literature.
