摘要
目的强化护士培训管理,提高培训质量。方法采用《护士培训管理手册》对培训情况和考核成绩进行登记和管理。结果使用《护士培训管理手册》后护士参训率、参训合格率、理论考试合格率均较使用前提高。结论采用《护士培训管理手册》进行培训管理可以增强护士的培训意识,提高培训质量。
Objective To strengthen the management of nurse training,and improve the quality of nurse training. Method The ＂management manual of nurse training＂ was applied to record and manage the process and examination of nurse training. Result Compared with before ,the participation rate and qualified rate of nurse training,as well as the qualified rate of theory examination were increased significantly after the application of ＂ management manual of nurse training＂. Conclusion The application of ＂management manual of nurse training＂ can strengthen nurses＇ training consciousness and improve lhe quality of nurse lraining.
