摘要
目的研究检测血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(serumtar trate-resistant acid phosphatase5b,sTRACP5b)在骨代谢紊乱疾病中临床应用价值。方法使用英国IDS公司的Bone TRACP5b试剂盒,检测79例骨质疏松患者、84例糖尿病患者、76例慢性阻塞性肺病患者、24例肺癌及17例前列腺癌患者和60例健康对照组sTRACP5b水平。结果(1)血清sTRACP5b水平在骨质疏松组、糖尿病组、肺癌骨转移、前列腺癌骨转移组中明显升高,较正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)血清TRACP5b水平在慢性阻塞性肺病患者中也显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)在单纯肺癌、前列腺癌未合并有骨转移者差异无统计学意义。结论血清TRACP5b可以作为较好的骨吸收指标,早期发现上述5种疾病引起的骨吸收增加。
Objective To study the value of serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b （sTRACP5b）in the metabolic diseases of bone. Methods Using the Bone TRACP5b reagent box of the British IDC Company,sTRQCP5b was measured in 79 cases of osteoporosis,84 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, 76 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 24 cases of lung cancer, 17 cases of from prostatic carcinoma and 60 healthy controls. Results （1） The level of sTRACP5b in the groups of osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes mellitus,prostatic carcinoma and lung cancer with osseous metastasis was significantly higher than that of normal controls （P 〈0.01）. （2）In chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, sTRACP5b was higher than that in normal controls （P〈0.05）. （3）The patient of lung cancer and prostatic carcinoma without osseous metastasis had no obvious difference in sTRACPSb compare with healthy control. Conclusion The level of sTRACP5b is a good index of bone absorption. Increasing of bone resorption in above mentioned diseases can be found early by measurement of sTRACPSb level.
