Research on DME-power co-generation from coal gas and coke-oven gas

摘要 研究了气化煤气与焦炉煤气的DME-电联产方案,得到了3种流程形式和8种可行的联产方案。通过Excel链接ASPEN和GT Pro两大互补软件的模拟计算,得到各种联产方案的基础数据。建立了"双气头"DME-电联产方案的3个性能评价指标;计算发现,免变换无重整、焦炉煤气和合成尾气用于发电方案整体性能最好,而免变换无重整、混合气和合成尾气用于发电方案次之。研究得到的基础数据和优化方案对双气头多联产系统的发展具有借鉴作用,且基于Excel的模拟计算也为研究多联产系统提供了方便的平台。 Three process forms and eight potential co-generation schemes are described in this paper, after researching DME-power co-generation from coal gas and coke-oven gas. Excel is used as an intermediary to link the modeling results of ASPEN and GT Pro and to obtain the basic data of each co-generation scheme. Three performance-evaluating indicators of "double-gas" DME-power co-generation are developed. It is found that the scheme of non-reforming non-shift using coke-oven gas and synthesis tail gas to generate power gives the best integer performance, while the similar one but using mixed gas and synthesis tail gas takes second place. These data and programs have a referenced action on the development of double gas polygeneration system, and the simulation and calculation based on Excel is convenient way for researching polygeneration.
