摘要
[目的]对保鲜剂及其浓度进行筛选,为香石竹切花保鲜提供依据。[方法]从处理后瓶插寿命、水分平衡值、鲜重变化及观赏值等指标综合考虑,对香石竹切花保鲜剂及其浓度进行筛选试验。[结果]结果表明:以处理C1(7.5%蔗糖+2.5 mg/L柠檬酸+2.5 mg/L8-HQ)具有最佳的处理效果。[结论]该保鲜剂配比可广泛应用于商业、家庭的鲜切花保鲜中。
[Objective] The purpose to screen antistaling agents and their concentration and provide practice base for fresh-keeping of cut carnation flowers. [Method] Considered on the indexes such as vase life, water equilibrium value, fresh weight change and ornamental quality the screening test was conducted on antistaling agents and their concentration of cut carnation flowers. [Result] The treatment C1 ( 7.5% cane sugar + 2.5 mg/L citric acid + 2.5 mg/L 8-HQ)get optimum fresh-keeping effect. [ Conclusion] This matching of antistaling agents can be applied on the fresh cut flower in commerce and family.
